Unicis IA Assistance
Unicis offers two AI-driven assistance features on the Unicis Platform:
- IA Chat – An interactive chat interface that enables users to receive instant, AI-generated responses to inquiries.
- IA Assistance – A document and file submission tool that provides automated support for controls implementation and evaluation, vendor assessments, and automated responses to vendor questionnaires, streamlining compliance and risk management processes.
AI Chat Assistance
Availability on Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) hosted by Unicis, and on Premium & Ultimate subscription plan.
The Unicis Platform features AI Chat Assistance, an interactive tool for users to access expert advice on cybersecurity, privacy, and compliance. Built on OVH AI Endpoints through Unicis's partnership in the OVHCloud Startup Program, this tool provides users with instant, accurate responses to technical and regulatory questions, powered by a privacy-focused, high-security infrastructure.
Models
The AI Chat Assistance is based on LLAMA-3 8B Instruct, a large language model tuned specifically for helpful, safe, and accurate responses in GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance). This tuning uses:
- Supervised Fine-Tuning (SFT) to teach the model specific security and compliance insights.
- Reinforcement Learning with Human Feedback (RLHF) to align responses with user needs, focusing on accuracy and clarity.
Infrastructure and Privacy
Hosted on OVHCloud, the infrastructure is designed for strong privacy and data security:
- Encrypted Communications ensure that data exchanges with AI endpoints are private.
- Data Residency in the EU keeps data in compliance with GDPR and other EU standards.
- Scalable Platform for reliable, high-performance AI responses during high-demand periods.
Functionality
AI Chat Assistance provides immediate, expert responses on:
- Cybersecurity: Advises on threat mitigation, best practices, and security strategies.
- Privacy Compliance: Provides guidance on GDPR and other privacy regulations.
- Regulatory Support: Helps users understand and apply frameworks like the Cyber Resilience Act, NIS2, and the AI Act.
Interaction
- Query Submission: Users type questions into the chat on the Unicis Platform.
- Response Generation: The LLAMA-3 model processes the query and generates a response based on industry best practices.
- Feedback Integration: Feedback on responses is collected and used for ongoing model improvements.
